patio at Local Three for the unofficial kick-off to Atlanta Beer Week
and an over-the-top beer dinner featuring the finest from Victory &
Left Hand Brewing Company.
1st course: “Overdose…aka too many Pils……”
Prima Pils & Polestar – seared diver scallop & bacon marmalade
2nd course: “Little Bunny Foofoo…”
Hop Devil & Warrior – Braised Rabbit “Tacos”
3rd course: “Hot Monkey on Monkey Action”
Golden Monkey & 400# Monkey – Steamed Pork Buns (pork to be cooked in
banana leaves….all the monkeys will be proud)
4th course: “Curveball”
Storm King & Milk Stout – Smoked Sturgeon, Rye
5th course: “Best in Show”
Fest & Fade to Black – Braised Lamb Shoulder, Spicy Lentils
Cameron Rollow from Victory and Jason Ingram from Left Hand will be on
hand to proselytize the Pils and get you hopped up on the hops. In all
seriousness, for beer lovers, this is a night not to miss. And for
those of you who don’t know a lot about craft beers, this will be one
helluva an introduction.
