Menu: Salmon Tartare passion fruit, pink pepper, fried garlic (pale ale from south carolina) * Chestnut and Foie Gras Soup bacon brittle, creme fraiche (flight of 3 beers from a tiny brewery in norther Michigan) * Grilled Hanger Steak roasted bone marrow, homemade joe joes, bernaise sauce (IPA from upper northwest) * Chocolate Fondant brandied cherries, kiersh mousse, chocolate sorbet (Kriek Beer from upper northwest) $30 for food All beer is served in 8oz portions for a total of 3 pints equivalent. $20 for beer pairings.
