Tonight we will explore the world of distilled beers with Jon Lundbom from B. United International. First, Reissdorf Koelsch and Reissdorf Bierbrand (distilled Koelsch). Next, Aecht Schlenkerla Maerzen and Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier Schnapps (distilled Schlenkerla Maerzen) aged 40 months in M. Couvreur Whisky Barrels, 12 months on Schlenkerla Smokemalt. And, finally, Schneider Aventinus Weizen-Doppelbock and Schneider Aventinus Edelster (distilled Aventinus), Aged 36 Months in M. Couvreur Whiskey Barrel. This is a rare look at the processes of fermentation and distilling all for $25. We will begin at 7:30pm.
